Dear Members,
The club wishes to extend heartfelt congratulations to our 9 Old Belvedere players who proudly represented Ireland in this year’s WXV 1 competition! They played a pivotal role in securing two memorable victories, including a hard-fought win over the USA on Friday, October 11th. This marked Ireland’s debut in WXV 1, and they finished in an impressive 2nd place on the leaderboard.

A special shoutout goes to Erin King, who was named Player of the Match for her outstanding performance. Erin scored a spectacular individual try and was immense throughout the game, helping the team close the tournament on a high note.
Further congratulations to Aoife Dalton, who, while competing in Vancouver, was also named Leinster’s Player of the Month following her four fantastic performances in the Women’s interprovincial series leading up to the WXV competition.
