Welcome to Senior Rugby at Old Belvedere RFC!

Our Senior AIL Team competes in Division 1A of the All Ireland League,

The All-Ireland League consists of 10 teams who play each other twice (home and away) across 18 games in the season. The Top 4 sides in 1A will have the chance to play for a place in the final, which is held as a double-header alongside the Women’s AIL (WAIL) at the Aviva Stadium.

Our J1 team competes in the Leinster Metro League Division 1, which runs for 16 rounds throughout the season, with top 2 at end of the round robin playing each other in the grand final. The team also competes in the Leinster Metropolitan Cup, which consists of 4 rounds, including the semi-final and final.

Both the AIL and J1 squads train together under the same coaches and management, creating a strong, unified team culture. Players have the opportunity to be selected for either team on game days, ensuring flexibility and competitiveness across both squads.

Days: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings

Time: 7pm
