Quenton O’Neale AIL Men’s Coach of the Season

Dear Members,

We’re delighted to share that our Director of Rugby and Men’s Head Coach, Quenton O’Neale, has been named Energia AIL Men’s Coach of the Season for 2024/25.

The award was presented at last night’s Energia All-Ireland League Awards ceremony in Energia Park, recognising Quenton’s leadership throughout a standout campaign for our Senior Men’s 1st XV.

Under his guidance, the team secured promotion to Division 1A, topping the table with fifteen wins from eighteen and finishing the regular season thirteen points clear. It was a year of belief, ambition, and clinical execution—and this recognition caps it off in the best possible way.

Quenton accepted the award in the company of Club President Paul Dowling, Chairperson of the Management Committee James McCarthy, IRFU Junior Vice President and longstanding club representative Tony O’Beirne, and club legend Ollie Campbell. It was a proud evening for all in attendance.
